General Questions
"What are your customer service hours?"
Our customer service hours are 9 am - 5 pm EST Monday - Friday. We strive to respond to all questions/concerns within 48 hours.
"Do you make all of your apothecary and gift items?"
Yes, we make every item that we sell by hand with our wonderful customers in mind. Bulk herbs are packaged by us and sourced from trusted organic and non-gmo dispensaries.
"I don't think these herbs are working for me, what can I do?"
Be patient my friend. Herbs take time to work on the body. Also note, that a clean diet helps boost the effects of all herbs.
"How do I know what herbs are right for me?"
First consult with your doctor or medical physician and get blood work done. Find out what you body really needs help with. If you are on any medications be sure to ask you doctor what's safe to take with them. Middle Georgia Apothecary is not responsible for any adverse reactions that you may have from consumption of any herbs or supplements.
"Are your products vegan, cruelty free, and non-gmo?"
Most of our products are herbs, teas, and supplements are 100% vegan, non-gmo, and cruelty free. Those containing honey are 100% vegetarian.
"What type of waist beads are these?"
Our waist beads are TIE ON only at this time. You will be provided a link with instructions to self tie if you have chosen the ship option.
"Should I measure myself to place an order?"
YES, you must measure yourself in inches. If you do not enter your measurements, your order will not be processed until we have your measurement.
"Can I use my pants size for measurements for waist beads?"
No. We need your actual measurements of your waist in INCHES.
Payment Options
You may log into Paypal, Shopify, Apple Pay, Shop, or through our website with your card information.
Ordering
You will receive an order confirmation notice to the email address you provided along with a receipt. Be sure to check your spam folder as well for an order confirmation.
Also, please make sure you enter your correct email address. Any misspelling can affect whether you receive an email confirmation.
I've just placed my order, can I change it?
No. If you placed an order and would like to add an item, you will have to place another order.
Shipping
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number.
When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
Orders generally ship 3-5 business days after purchase. Your order will ship out using the delivery choice you choose at checkout. We ship via USPS.
Domestic Orders
USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 Business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Business days
USPS Priority+Rush: 1-2 Business Days
International Orders
USPS Priority Mail: 5 - 12 business days
Where do we ship?
We ship all over the world.
I have not received my order even though the tracking says shipped. What do I do now?
Once the item has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands. Please contact USPS with the tracking number provided. If signature confirmation shows that it was signed for, you will need to contact USPS.
My order says delivered but I didn't receive my package. What do I do now?
Middle Georgia Apothecary is not responsible for missing or lost packages. You will need to contact USPS to file a claim.
Can my item(s) be reshipped? I accidentally gave the wrong shipping address.
Yes, however there will be a fee based on the the item. You will be sent an additional invoice including a new shipping cost. The invoice must be paid and cleared before reshipment.
If you paid with PayPal and had an incorrect shipping address on file with them, you will need to contact Paypal. Paypal takes steps to verify that your address is valid. Once your account has been updated with them, we then can reship. We only ship to the address provided within PayPal.
Do I need to sign for my packages?
In most cases, no.
Do you ship to P.O. Box + APO addresses?
Yes we do ship to P.O. Boxes .
Will I be charged customs and import duties for international shipping?
Yes. Please note that Middle Georgia Apothecary selects for ALL international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." Meaning, all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT charged by Embraced Waist Beads. Fees are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the you fail to pay these fees and the package is returned us, Embraced Waist Beads will NOT reship your package
Discounts & Promos
Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
No, only one coupon code per purchase.
What happens if I forget to use a discount code?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. You may use it on your next order if the code is still valid.
Why won't my discount code work?
Our codes are case sensitive
- Try copy and paste.
- Make sure this offer is still valid.
- Some discount codes are only for selected items only. Make sure that you've chosen a qualifying item notated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my item if I don't like it or exchange for something different?
No, not at this time. In all situations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
"The color looks darker or lighter than I thought."
We do our best to display the genuine integrity of our jewelry with natural light. Screen display vs. in-person color display may slightly vary.
